Healthy Spiritual Habits

In order to more fully know and be compelled by God we commit to connect with God by developing two spiritually healthy habits.

A healthy spiritual habit is spiritual practice, discipline, or rhythm a person forms in order to meaningfully connect with and get to know God.  They are a mere means to an end - the end being enjoyable obedient fellowship with God and the experience of a healthy soul.
